The Group’s fifth brand is RESULMATIC, our machine learning and big data processing agency with proprietary AI solutions for better sourcing and selling used cars.

AURES Holdings Sells Nearly 100,000 Cars in 2023 – A Milestone in its 31-year History

AURES Holdings, which operates the AAA AUTO, Mototechna, Auto Diskont and Driverama network of used car dealerships, last year achieved its best ever sales result to date, selling a total of 98,134 cars. In the Czech Republic, the Group managed to sell over 50,000 vehicles for the first time ever. Records were also set in Slovakia and Poland. The company attributes its success mainly to the use of modern technology, digitalisation and the consolidation of its market position as the largest dealer in Central and Eastern Europe behind this success.

AURES Holdings has now served 3 million customers at its used car dealerships

The AAA AUTO, Mototechna, AUTO Diskont and Driverama network of used car dealerships operated by the AURES Holdings group recently passed a milestone with the 3 millionth customer served in its 31 years on the market, including both buying and selling transactions. This number was achieved by the group as a whole, which currently operates nearly 60 branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Germany. This year alone, the group will buy and sell over 90,000 cars.

AAA AUTO holds official opening ceremony for its new used car dealership in Krakow as the autumn season gets under way

The AAA AUTO network of used car dealerships opened a new branch with an area of 15,900 m2 today in the Polish city of Krakow, relocating from a previous site after six years where it no longer had sufficient space. With this move, AURES Holdings is continuing its expansion plan, which mainly focuses on Poland within the group. In total, AURES Holdings, operator of the AAA AUTO and Mototechna network, has 12 branches in Poland and over sixty dealerships or service centres in all five countries where it operates. The group offers a total of 12,000 cars across the individual countries. The opening ceremony, hosted by Poland’s favourite “car family” Joanna and Włodzimierz Zientarski, was also attended by Karolína Topolová, CEO of AURES Holdings, which operates the AAA AUTO network in Poland. Natalia Tomczyk, influencer and face of AAA AUTO in Poland, also helped to cut the ribbon.

AURES Holdings sells three times as many electric vehicles in the first half of the year compared to last year

The AURES Holdings Group, operator of the AAA AUTO and Mototechna international network of used car dealerships, sold three times as many EVs in the first six months of this year than in the same period last year. Most sales were in the Czech Republic, followed by Slovakia and then Poland in third place. Customers are able to choose from up to nine hundred pure EVs and twelve hundred hybrids per month on the Czech market. Interest in both types of car continues to grow.

AURES Holdings a.s. („AURES“ or the „Group“) has today published its audited Annual Report for 2022. 2022 marked another successful year for AURES, our customers and our employees despite extremely uncertain and challenging external developments. We sold over 89 thousand cars and our revenues exceeded one billion Euro for the first time in our history.

AURES Holdings Group sets new sales record again in 2022

Prague, 10 January 2023 - The network of AAA AUTO, Mototechna, Auto Diskont and Driverama car dealerships, operated by AURES Holdings, achieved the best sales result in its 30-year history last year, selling a total of 89,100 vehicles. This was despite continuing problems with new car production, the war in Ukraine, rising inflation and a shortage of used cars. The Group achieved the sales record thanks to its strong market position combined with its unique direct-to-consumer sourcing technology and the launch of Driverama in Germany. The Group last year also reported more than 2.8 million customers served since 1992.

AAA AUTO awarded the Safe Company prize by the Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship

Warsaw, 22 November 2022 - AAA AUTO, a network of car centres belonging to the AURES Holdings Group, was awarded the Safe Company title during the 9th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship held in mid-November this year in Kraków. The Congress Council awarded the company the prize for its, “Particular and considerate approach to interacting with customers”.

Karolína Topolová celebrates ten years at the head of AURES, seeing turnover almost triple

Prague, 15 November 2022 - In autumn 2012, the General Meeting of AAA AUTO confirmed Karolína Topolová as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. With this change, the company began the steps leading to its later sale to Abris Capital Partners and the change of its name to AURES Holdings. Topolová was there at the birth of the group's new strategy of significantly strengthening its customer orientation. The company modernized its branches and bet on the development of additional services and computerization. It successfully relaunched the Mototechna brand, which celebrates ten years of successful operation this year, and concentrated new car sales, its fastest growing segment, under this brand. These changes were followed in 2014 by the successful sale of a majority stake to AURES Holdings for a value in excess of CZK 6 billion. The biggest milestones in Topolova's successful tenure as Group CEO in recent years have been the rapid transition to online sales of used cars in the era of covid lockdowns and the expansion of the new Driverama brand in Germany. This year, under Topolová's leadership, AURES also celebrated 30 years of successful operation on the market.

AURES Holdings, Central Europe's largest used car retailer, has just published its ESG report for 2021. The Group has been successful in meeting its ESG objectives in environmental care, improving conditions for employees and strengthening corporate social responsibility activities.
