    We are an innovative company in the automotive industry with a strong background in data and technology and the largest dealer of pre-owned cars in Central and Eastern Europe with a 30-year history.

    The Group sells pre-owned cars through the following key brands; Mototechna, AAA AUTO, AUTO DISKONT and, most recently, Driverama, an e-commerce platform for buying pre-owned cars in Western Europe. The Group’s fifth brand is RESULMATIC, our machine learning and big data processing agency with proprietary AI solutions for better sourcing and selling used cars.

AURES Holdings Sells Nearly 100,000 Cars in 2023 – A Milestone in its 31-year History

“Our record sales volumes were achieved largely on the back of our earlier decision to invest in modern technology. This means first and foremost the integration into our processes of business automation tools supported by machine learning and generative AI. Generative artificial intelligence, which has only been widely available for a year, has already been successfully deployed in two areas – in marketing and in strengthening the efficiency of operations at our Customer Service Centre,” said Karolína Topolová, CEO and Chair of the Board of AURES Holdings. “A big thank you for achieving this new sales record also goes to our customers and all of our more than three thousand employees in the five countries where we operate,” Topolová added.

The company is therefore now seeing a positive return on long-term investments made in technology and automation, which it started to implement more than a decade ago. “Year by year, we have expanded the range of our machine learning models and we have automated critical aspects of our business operations. This encompasses a wide range of functions, including purchasing the most sought-after cars, capitalising on the best purchase opportunities, implementing dynamic pricing, predicting optimal allocation of the cars in stock, implementing data-driven marketing strategies and managing personalised online interactions, as well as communicating with our customers,” says Karolína Topolová. The company established an elite centre of excellence known as Resulmatic for overseeing the data applications that have become a key factor in its commercial success. “Resulmatic is dedicated to developing, experimenting with and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and business intelligence technologies. All our brands in all the countries where we operate benefit from the work performed by Resulmatic, and we also offer its services to third parties. We are ready to continue investing in it this year too. We believe that technology and making maximum use of the data which is available to us will play a decisive role in our success in the years to come. We also aim to further expand our use of generative AI to maintain our leading position in the industry and to allow us to successfully navigate market trends and keep ahead of the competition,” says Topolová, following on from her previous point.
